The world has been experiencing numerous situations since the start of the pandemic. It’s already a little more than an year that Covid-19 hit my country.

Ever since, the things we have been doing for ages, we were forced to find novel ways to do them. Many practices like wearing masks regularly, keeping a minimum distance of 1m in the outside, washing hands with a sanitizer after using public transport etc. came into our lives. Schools and universities began conducting modules through online platforms and banks promoted the use of internet banking.

Moreover, in my country, we saw a tendency to maintain home gardens rather than depending on everything from the market. While such norms take time to establish in the society, it is important that they do. At least until the developed vaccines reach to each and every person in the country, we cannot guarantee the safety otherwise.

While coping with new norms and we have to remember to work for both our mental and physical wellbeing as well during this long home-stay. If not, stress will built up within ourselves until it explodes! Therefore, find a new thing that you can hang in during the pandemic which excites you and keep you living are really really essential.

Lets talk more in the Part 2!
